• Be green! Recycle cans and bottles.
• Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioners when you are not in the room.

• Entrance: Guest access is through the front door.
• Greeting: I enjoy meeting guests personally to help you get settled. If we are meeting in person, please aim to arrive before 9:30 PM.
• Self-Check-In: If you arrive late or prefer self-check-in, a keypad code will be provided.
• Room Keys: You will find your specific room key already in the door of your assigned suite.
• Documentation: Please check your invoice for further detailed instructions regarding your stay.

Arrival & Check-in

• Arrival Preference: I prefer to meet guests to help them get settled. However, self-check-in is available via a key code for the front or back door.
• Late Arrivals: If arriving after 9:30 PM, please use the self-check-in key code.
• Assistance: If you have any trouble, please text or call Virginia.

Room Comfort & Climate

• Hot Water: Showers may take a few extra minutes to warm up; please plan accordingly.
• Heating: Radiators take time to heat up. If you are uncomfortable, let me know and I can adjust the heat. Space heaters are available upon request.
• Air Conditioning: Window units are installed and available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Dining & Snacks

• Continental Breakfast: Served from 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM. Items include cereals, toast, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, and yogurt. Please clean up your area after eating.
• Drinks & Snacks: Coffee, tea, and snacks are located in the upstairs hallway and kitchen. Bottled water is available in the upstairs fridge.
• Shared Fridge: You may store leftovers in the shared mini-fridges; please clear them out before you check out.

Guest Etiquette & Sustainability

• Noise: Please be mindful of voice, TV, and radio volume in consideration of other guests, especially in the kitchen/hallway areas.
• Energy: Please turn off lights, fans, and AC when you are out of the house.
• Recycling: Use the bins provided in your room or the upstairs hallway for bottles and cans.

Housekeeping & Checkout

• Linen Refresh: Sheets and towels are refreshed after 4 nights (upon request) or automatically after 7 nights.
• Checkout Task: Before leaving, please strip the sheets from your bed and place used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor.

Parking & EV Charging

• EV Charging: A Level 2 electric vehicle charger is available in the garage for a $12 fee per overnight charge.
